ATM Bandits steal $40 million in a couple hours.

Within hours this band of thieves stole almost $45 million. It took a coordinated effort from computer hackers and guys in the streets of Manhattan but they pulled off the largest crime in NY history. Well almost. The ring leader is dead and the Feds arrested eight men. The scheme included a band of men hitting almost 1000 ATMs in a matter of hours. There backpacks kept getting bigger and bigger as they moved along. The 21st Century bank robbers were not all that smart because their pictures were being taken along the way.
